Oval Accountants LTD ("we", "us", "our") takes the privacy of the people who use our Facebook app and page ("you", "your") seriously. This policy tells you what information we collect through our Facebook app and our Facebook page.

As we said above, we may collect more information, depending on what your user settings allow us to collect. This includes:

- How you interact with your friends

- Posts you have liked
- Contact information
- Status updates
- Calendar of events
- Whether or not you are online
- Check-ins, and friends who have checked you in
- Posts or pictures you are tagged in
Who we share your information with
Application partners and third-party service providers
We may share your information with third parties we have partnered with specifically for our app or Facebook page. We may also hire outside companies or third parties to help us manage, create or maintain our app or page. These parties are bound by contract to keep your information confidential, and only have access to the information they need to do their job.
Other users
If you have given us permission, and one of the functions of our app or page is to let you interact with others, you give us the ability to share certain information with other users. We only share this information if you have allowed it and Facebook allows it. We may also analyse how you interact with other users and combine this information, in an anonymised form, to see how you use our app or page.
Legal uses
We may disclose your information if a subpoena or any legal process requires it, to comply with any law or regulation, or at the request of any law enforcement agency. We may also disclose your information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm, injury or loss of any kind to us or any third party.
If we buy or sell a business
If we buy or sell a business, we may transfer your information. If this happens and you have concerns about the transfer of your data, you can contact us.
Controlling your data
You can ask us to delete any data about you at any time. Unless you do, we may keep your data until you ask us to delete it, even if we stop running the app or page. You can also stop us collecting information about you by uninstalling our app, removing yourself from our page, or if your account is deleted. We may give you the ability to review, correct or delete your information.

Other disclosures and assurances
- We do not sell, transfer or give information about your use of Facebook to third parties unless this agreement allows it.
- We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. We may have servers in different jurisdictions, so you consent to your information being transferred from where you live to our servers.
- We do not allow anyone under 13 to use our app or Facebook page, and will delete anyone we suspect is under age.
- We may update this policy as needed. If we do, we will post a notice of the changes here, with the date the policy was last updated.
