Who you'll deal with.

Mark Burtenshaw

Director and Principal Accountant

MIABACIPPAATQB

Mark started the practice by helping friends and family with their books, and he still runs it on the same rule: treat every client like a neighbour.

He leads the practice and covers every side of accounts, tax returns and payroll. He holds payroll and bookkeeping qualifications, so he knows how your figures are built up as well as what they add up to.

Kiera Knight

Company Secretary and Bookkeeper

MIAB

Kiera is Mark's daughter and the next generation of the practice. She keeps clients' books up to date and looks after the company secretarial side.

She is working through her AAT qualification on the way to chartered status with the ICAEW, so the family values carry on with fresh training behind them.

Oakleigh

Head of Client Greetings

Oakleigh meets everyone who comes through the door at Victoria Road. She also keeps an eye on the office clock and takes her chair very seriously.

No qualifications, but an excellent record on morale. Ask for her when you visit.

Ozzy

Office Apprentice

Ozzy is our newest recruit, a black and white rescue who has settled into Victoria Road as if he owns the place.

He is learning the job from Oakleigh: greeting visitors, finding the sunny patch of carpet and looking busy whenever Mark walks past.
